1. Service Description

onereply is a service that helps freelancers and professionals track email conversations that need their reply. By connecting your Gmail account, we analyze email metadata to identify pending responses.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person or entity per account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service

4. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to access email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, snippet) to provide the service. We do not read full email content. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime via account settings
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

onereply is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
